Delivery and payment of goods

Delivery

1. All domestic shipments are sent by parcels through a courier company, the Polish Post Office or through another courier depending on the option chosen by the buyer.

2. It is possible to collect your own order at the address of the warehouse of Moto-Helmets.eu s.c.:

3. The Seller shall not be liable for non-delivery of goods or delays in their delivery caused by the Customer providing incorrect contact details or his absence during the attempt to deliver the goods.

4. Presented prices of goods in the online shop operating under motohelmets.eu do not include delivery costs. These costs depend on the choice of the method of delivery and are presented when finalising the order and choosing the method of delivery.

5. All prices are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices.

6. In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer may complain and return the purchased goods at his own expense to the return address:

Payment for the goods

1. You can pay for all products purchased in the online shop operating at motohelmets.eu via Dotpay - secure online transactions, at the courier in the case of choosing cash on delivery, prepayment to the account of Moto-Helmets.eu s.c. or when collecting the goods - in cash or by payment card.

2. Settlement of payment card and e-transfer transactions directly in the online shop is done via Dotpay.pl
