RETURN

1. Each of our individual customers has the right to withdraw from the transaction made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Goods should be sent back in an unchanged condition (unused, originally packed) with an ORIGINAL fiscal receipt or FV (other returns will not be accepted).

2. Reimbursement of the amount due to the Customer for withdrawal from the transaction shall be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with the return.

3. The Customer shall receive a refund of the amount due to him to the bank account indicated in the statement referred to in paragraph 1.

4. The customer shall make the return at his own expense.

5. We do not accept return parcels sent to parcel machines or cash on delivery.

EXCHANGE

The exchange of goods is carried out according to the rules for the return of goods.

COMPLAINTS

1. Pursuant to the rules of law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on special conditions of consumer sale and on the amendment to the Civil Code, the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint.

2. In particular, the Customer may lodge a complaint by sending back the complete goods received in the transaction together with the complaint form filled in legibly to the address:

3. Differences between the appearance of the goods delivered as part of the transaction and the photograph on the website of the shop with helmets and motorbike accessories operating at https://motohelmets.eu, resulting exclusively from the properties of the equipment used by the Customer (monitor, display, printer, etc.), in particular the differences in shades, may not be recognised as inconsistency of the goods with the contract to be borne by the company MOTO-HELMETS.EU S.C.. If differences of this kind are found (if they cause the Customer to be diminished or dissatisfied with the purchase of the Goods), the Company suggests that the Customer use the right of return rather than the complaint route.

4. The proper course of the complaint process is ensured by sending a complaint form printout together with the Goods under complaint. The complaint form can be downloaded here, click: DOWNLOAD GOODS COMPLAINT FORM.

5. The Goods under complaint should be sent to MOTO-HELMETS.EU S.C. in a complete and clean condition.

6. You are informed that, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, the company's liability concerns the non-conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery. Generally, such non-conformity is not considered to be chargeable to the Company:

- damage caused by ordinary, normal wear and tear of the Goods,

- mechanical damage to the Goods,

- damage caused by improper use of the Goods, use for purposes other than those for which the Goods were intended, or poor fit.

7. All complaints are dealt with within the statutory period of 14 working days from delivery. The Company will inform the Customer of the outcome of the complaint by email or telephone.

8. We do not accept return shipments sent to parcel post or cash on delivery.
