 Krok 1: Zmierz obwód głowy

  1. Przygotuj miarkę krawiecką – elastyczna taśma pozwoli dokładnie zmierzyć obwód głowy. Jeśli jej nie masz, użyj sznurka i zmierz jego długość linijką.
